This may end up as a fake profile which may lead to serious offence according to the the law. Other avatars are alright as long as they do not violate the owner's copyright.

Everyone is allowed to share accounts among siblings or friends whether in real life or ingame. Only moderators are not allowed to share accounts because power-abusing may occur. Share your account at your own risk as your account may be hacked or even stolen by the other party. Share accounts among people you trust because a stolen account is quite hard to get back.

Scamming/Scammers
Do not try to be a scammer or be scammed for runescape accounts, runesky accounts, runescape membership, runesky donatorship or even bank payments. Trade accounts with the presence of a middleman. Record the trading if it is really necessary. Trade with people who are trusted and be alert of any suspicious activites. Having a secure password will guarantee you a save account. Do not make common passwords such as manchester or newzealand. Do not make your pass consisting of your ingame name or real life name as it will be the first choice for hackers. Do not make any sequenced password such as qwertyuiop or 1234567890. Try making a password that is easy to remember but hard to be guessed.
